We are not responsible for compensating or reimbursing returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly send a replacement. To process this, please provide a photograph of the damage or defect and report it to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note: Refunds are limited to the amount you paid. If a discount code or promotion was applied, your refund will reflect the discounted amount, not the full retail price.

Return Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our studio, you will receive an email notification about the status of your return. We will inform you whether your request has been approved or rejected.
