Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

Once an item is ordered and paid for, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Remember, we are handcrafting items so they are at the peak of freshness when you get them! This can include making, infusing, bottling, labeling, and shipping. Handmade products takes a little longer to make than mass-produced ones. Let us know if you need an item by a specific date and we will always make it a priority to try to accommodate your needs.

We primarily ship through USPS. After leaving our studio USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is to make you happy!

We hand-make our items in small batches with lots of love. It is our genuine hope that you thoroughly enjoy every product that you receive from us.

If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will happily send a replacement right away. A photograph of the damage/defect is required. It needs to be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If a return is made within 30 days it is our guarantee that you receive your money back. If a return is made from 31 to 60 days you will receive a store card.

We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase. We also do not assume responsibility for compensation or reimbursement of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to Salt + Sage.
